The App requests camera access solely for scanning QR codes for repair tracking and taking photos of jewelry items for repair records. Camera access can be revoked in your device settings.

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.
